I am passionate about our overall health, and that includes what we put into and onto our bodies. Our skin is our largest organ and I go by the theory that we shouldn’t put anything on our bodies that we wouldn’t put in our mouths, so chemical free is the perfect synergy. That’s what Kareen D Holland's skincare products and cosmetics are all about and why I like them so much.
I've chosen chemical free, and locally made as this is important to me. I for one don’t wear much makeup but am horrified to see the amount of chemicals my 3 teenage daughters are putting on their faces daily and realised I needed to make a change. Getting them to stop wearing it wasn’t an option, but by offering them a healthier alternative, which I discovered they and then their friends love, was a happier healthier compromise all round.
My husband and son were happy to switch to the deodorant, shaving gel and other male products as well. One step at a time, and by starting with those I love the most and hold dearest to me, I can now offer with confidence Kareen's line of natural skincare products and proudly say that I'm her Kapiti Coast distributor.
